Welcome to the GREGoR Stanford Site!

Our mission is to provide a platform for functional genomics research and validation to improve diagnosis in Mendelian disease.

Main content start

The GREGoR Stanford Site is one of 6 sites in the National Institutes of Health’s Genomics Research to Elucidate the Genetics of Rare disease (GREGoR) Consortium.

GREGoR Consortium clinical centers

The GREGoR Consortium

The National Institutes of Health awards nearly $80 million to support the establishment of the Mendelian Genomics Research Consortium and the development of novel methods and approaches that help researchers identify the genetic causes of single-gene diseases.

Multi-omics Approach

GREGoR Stanford Site integrates multi-omics data (genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics and more) to enhance genetic diagnosis and gene discovery.
